Frequently asked questions
Will I lose my guest account when I change phones?
A guest account is tied to a key on your device. Link your account to Apple, Google or your phone number from Profile; then you continue where you left off on the new device with the same sign-in.
Are chips real money? Can I cash them out?
No. Chips are only an in-game counter. They cannot be exchanged for money, goods or prizes, and cannot be sold. Players can send each other small gifts with chips at a table (tea, simit); this never turns chips into money. okka is not gambling or a game of chance.
I bought chips but didn't receive them.
In the Store, tap Restore purchases. If they still don't arrive, email us with the transaction ID from your App Store or Google Play receipt and we will credit your account.
How do I report or block a player?
Tap the player's avatar at the table and choose Report or Block. You won't be seated with a blocked player again and won't see their chat. We review reports within 24 hours.
I lost my connection. What happens to my table?
When you reopen the app you return to the table you were at. If you don't return within the time limit, the hand is completed for you and your stake in that hand is lost.
Can I get my chips back after deleting my account?
No. Deleting your account removes your chips, items and progress permanently. You can register again with the same Apple, Google or phone number, but your old progress does not come back.
What does okka Club give me, and how do I cancel?
Weekly bonus chips, 2× daily bonus, 20% off in the store and the 🎩 badge. Cancel the subscription in the App Store or Google Play with the steps below; your membership continues until the end of the paid period.
Cancel a subscription
iPhone / iPad
- Open the Settings app and tap your name.
- Tap Subscriptions.
- Choose okka Club and tap Cancel Subscription.
Android
- Open the Google Play Store app.
- Tap your profile picture → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
- Choose okka Club and tap Cancel subscription.
Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. After cancelling you keep your membership until the end of the period you paid for. Chip packs are one-time purchases and nothing renews.
Restore purchases
- Sign in to your device with the same Apple ID or Google account you used to buy.
- Open okka and go to the Store.
- Tap Restore purchases. Your okka Club membership is unlocked again at no cost; chip packs are credited the moment they are bought.
Refunds
Payments are handled by Apple and Google, so refunds are too. For the App Store, request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. For Google Play, see Google Play refunds.
