Delete your okka account

You can delete your okka account and its data at any time. Deletion is permanent: instant in the app, within 30 days by email.
Delete it in the app (instant)
- Open okka and tap your avatar at the top left of the lobby (Profile).
- At the bottom of the Profile page tap Delete account permanently and confirm.
Or ask us by email
If you can't open the app, email [email protected] with the subject "Delete my okka account", from the email address linked to the account or stating the phone number registered on it. After we verify your identity the account is deleted and we let you know, usually within 7 days and at most within 30.
What is deleted
- Identity and contact details: name, email, phone number, username, sign-in ID, device keys
- Nickname and avatar
- Friends list and coffeehouse memberships
- Game history, statistics and rankings
- Chips balance, items, level and the okka Club record on your account (cannot be refunded or restored)
- Push notification token
What we keep, and why
- Purchase records (store transaction ID, product, amount), anonymised, for up to 10 years as tax and accounting law requires
- Report and block records, anonymised, for up to 1 year for safety
- Messages you wrote in coffeehouses, under the name "Silinmiş Oyuncu" (deleted player), until the coffeehouse is deleted (table chat is deleted within 30 days)
- Anonymous, aggregated game statistics that no longer identify you
Deleting your account doesn't cancel an okka Club subscription bought through the App Store or Google Play; cancel it there too (see Support).
